Letter from Empire State Campaign for Child Care and Winning Beginning NY to Governor Cuomo and Legislative Leaders Urging Bold Steps to Support Child Care In Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

On March 30, 2020 the Empire State Campaign for Child Care and Winning Beginning NY sent a letter to Governor Cuomo and Legislative leaders. It urged inclusion of dedicated, robust funds in the NYS Budget to enable the State to take immediate, bold steps to support child care during this period of emergency.
