We are just a little more than two weeks away from when New York’s health care exchange takes effect. And many health care advocacy groups are ramping up their efforts to make sure people are prepared for the change. The Schuyler Center for Analysis and Advocacy is one of these groups. In their latest initiative, they are reaching out to foreign language news organizations to ensure that those who do not speak English understand the exchange.
